At a time when specialized skin and laser treatments were predominantly located in Metro Manila, VE Eusebio Skin Center opened its doors on October 18, 1996, becoming Laguna’s first comprehensive skin and laser clinic. With its roots deeply grounded in expert medical care and patient-first service, the center has grown into a premier institution for dermatologic and aesthetic care in Southern Luzon.

Dr. Marie Judith V. Eusebio, MD

A name synonymous with dermatologic excellence in the region, Dr. Marie Judith V. Eusebio is a multi-awarded physician and one of the pioneers in Philippine dermatology. In May 2024, she was honored with the Most Outstanding Physician Award by the Philippine Academy of Dermatologic Surgery Foundation, Inc. (PADSFI) for her exemplary service and dedication.
She completed her Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of the Philippines – College of Medicine in 1984, followed by residency training in Dermatology at the Philippine General Hospital (PGH) in 1990. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Management, Major in Hospital Administration, further strengthening her role as an institutional leader in health services.

Dr. Alpapara received rigorous surgical training in both the Philippines and Australia, blending precision, artistry, and safety in his aesthetic procedures.
